We insure your goods for you during shipping at no additional cost to you. If you discover that your shutters have been damaged please let us know immediately at email@example.com including photos and details of the damage. Our insurance requires that we submit any claims on your behalf within 3 days.
We understand that you may not fit your shutters as soon as they arrive, but wherever possible, please unbox them shortly after you receive them to ensure we can fix any damage you may find. We are unable to process damage claims once the insurance period is over. If you are home when your delivery arrives and it is visibly damaged, do not accept the delivery.
